Attractive Home Photography specializes in giving you professional, dynamic photos for your next listing. Delivering to you quickly and making every image stand out. With over 16 years professional experience, We bring the creative and technical expertise you can trust to market your next listing. My process while lengthy and involves a significant time in post production, gives you the photographs that will help generate interest and sell your home.

Why does good photography matter?

We live in a visual world, intensified by the Internet. From your local MLS and Realtor.com to your own brokerage, buyers can search every area listing for their next home. Great photos stand out in a crowded marketplace.

As your photographer, my emphasis is to create engaging and attractive photos that draw viewers attention to the merging of architectural and interior techniques. This approach offers a sense of not only how the home is laid out, but also the experience of living in the space. For more information, check out these links:

Day Of Shoot

The Agent must be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Unless specified, the standard shoot will include the front and back exterior and the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless given direction otherwise. All properties will be shot AS IS. If the property is not properly cleaned or staged, the Photographer will make a reasonable effort to create the most aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered photographs possible.

Post Production

Photographer will have sole discretion to select the images for finish and delivery. Only the selected photos will be processed for finished delivery.

Images will be delivered electronically via email and/or web link. Finished photos will be delivered in 2 JPEG formats. The 1st format is sized and optimized for the web and the 2nd format is a full resolution file.

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give 24 hours notice.  Appointments not canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled shoot will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If events beyond the Homeowner’s, the Agent’s or Photographer’s control, disrupt, delay or cancel the shoot, the effected shoot may be rescheduled without penalty.
